I coined the word wheel alignment for my Yoga wheel classes and found it quickly caught on with my students. I began to use the Yoga wheel in combination with my Yin Yoga practice to further deepen in particular the back stretches and improve back flexibility.
The classes differ each and every time, some are focused on back stretches primarily and others will incorporate a flow and core focused practice. The Yoga wheel has become very popular and the feedback from my students has been encouraging.
