
Yin Yasa Yoga
Yin Yasa describes a hybrid of Yin Yoga and Vinyasa. I personally believe the combination of the two styles offers a perfect balanced practice that gives the student both the opportunity to stretch the joints safely (YIN YOGA), and still have the advantage of stamina and flow movement (VINYASA).
This style is perfect for those who want the best of both worlds (Yin and Yang). Yin Yasa is ideal for someone that has practiced yoga before and wants to combine it with a practice that is not yet part of their regular routine.
