
Vinyasa Yoga is a series of poses (asanas) that will move through the power of inhaling and exhaling.
Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like, which explains why it is sometimes referred to as Vinyasa Flow. This style allows for a lot of variety, but will almost always include sun salutations.
Expect movement, not just stretching.
Whether the class is fast or slow, includes inversions, or is very alignment orientated will depend on the individual teacher.
