
Hatha Flow
Hatha yoga is designed to align and calm your mind, body and spirit.
The word “Hatha” can be translated two ways: as “wilful” or “forceful,” or the yoga of activity, and as “sun” (ha) and “moon” (tha), the yoga of balance.
It will be relatively gentle, slow and great for beginners or students who prefer a more relaxed style where you will hold poses longer. Gentle sun salutations will be used to warm up the body.

Sun Salutations are generally done slowly and may not follow a “one breath, one movement” principle often experienced in vinyasa.
