    • Remain well hydrated, drink lots of water.

    • Wear loose comfortable clothing that will not restrict your movements.

    • Please bring your Yoga mat.

    • Socks can be worn in the cold weather, but may compromise stability.

    • Bring a blanket and a small pillow for end of session.

    • Please switch off cell phones whilst class is in session.

    • No spectators or children present during adult classes.

    • Sick students should not practice until better.

    • Abandon the competitive mindset. Yoga is absolutely non-competitive. It is also not merely a physical fitness workout program.

    • Please be punctual - Yoga is a discipline - and we expect students to arrive 5-10 Minutes prior to class start. Don’t expect to leave before class has finished.

    • Students with chronic disorders and injuries or those that are pregnant should check with their doctors before commencing classes.

    • Relax into each pose, do not strain or force and never stretch or bend to the point of pain. Breathe.
